What's the difference between the Co-op Mailer and a Solo Mailer?
There are two essential differences in these two approaches:
The biggest difference is in the cost of the campaigns… With the Co-op Mailer, your offer will appear on a neighborhood card with up to 15 other businesses. This group buying power allows you to split the cost of the campaign with all the other businesses and significantly reduce the expense of your marketing. With a Solo Mailer, we’ll design an entire postcard just for your business but you’ll also be responsible for the entire cost of the campaign which can run into several thousand dollars depending on your campaign.
The second difference is in audience targeting… The Co-op Mailers are sent out to entire neighborhoods based on average household income. This necessitates co-op offers to be more universal in nature; essentially something that everyone in the neighborhood might be interested in. With a Solo Mailer, you can elect to either keep it general like the Co-op mailers, or you can get more granular in your targeting by purchasing a list of individual consumers who would be interested in a more specific offer. An example of this would be to send an offer for pool cleaning services only to home owners in the area that have swimming pools. With these more targeted mailers, our goal is to balance the increase expense of your campaign with a typically higher response rate to what you’re offering.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer a 20% discount for providing an offer to the same neighborhood on every mailer to that area throughout the year. We also extend that same 20% discount if you want to include an offer to several areas at the same time.
Do I have to provide you with an ad design?
No! Your campaign cost includes designing your ad, whether that’s the small Co-op ad or an individual Solo Mailer where the entire postcard is your offer. The only thing we MUST have from you is a print-ready, 300 dpi copy of your company logo. Of course, if you have specific images or graphics you want to include in your ad, we’ll be happy to see if we can work them into your design.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Unfortunately, once your campaign is past the Hard Cancel date, we’re unable to provide any cancellation or refund for that campaign. However, because we don’t have any long-term contracts, you’re free to remove your offer on the next campaign is you so choose. Fortunately, the vast majority of the businesses who utilize direct mail find they only need a couple responses to each campaign to more than cover the expense of the mailer.

Can I place my offer on campaigns to several areas at the same time?
Absolutely! In fact, we offer a 20% discount per campaign when you sign-up for more than one neighborhood at the same time.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not! We do not have contracts, however, unless you’re just not happy with the content we post, we do encourage you to plan on giving us a try for at least three months. This helps us to ensure you understand and accept the expectation that it can take two to three months to train the platforms to show your posts and to grow an online audience.
Which homes do you send the mailers to?
With the Co-op Mailers, we send the campaigns to postal routes with household incomes at or above the average household income for the overall city. We’ve divided the city into several areas across the city limits and mail to each area several times each year.
With a Solo Mailer, you get to choose exactly which households you send your promotions to. You can base that on multiple criteria such as household income, age or gender of the recipient, whether there are children or pets in the household, and many more selectors. It will all depend on the offer you’re promoting and who is most likely to want what you’re promoting.
How often do you mail to each neighborhood?
We shoot for getting a mailer out to the same neighborhood every 4 to 6 weeks. This helps keep your offers fresh and keeps your business in front of your customers more frequently.
What if I want to cancel?
That’s not a problem. Since we often have other businesses in your same industry waiting in the wings to take over your spot on our mailers, as long as you notify us prior to the “Hard Cancel” date of each campaign, we’ll be able to replace your ad with one of your competitors. Keep in mind, however, you won’t be able to get back on the mailer unless that new business decides to drop off the mailer themselves. And you’ll be at the end of the line of any other businesses that are already on the waiting list.
